Practice 02
Service management is where risk stops being a report and becomes an operating rhythm. ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, release and knowledge governance, built and run inside regulated banking and healthcare environments — including a 24/7 estate across three data centres and an infrastructure platform serving more than 2,000 internal customers. The practice also covers the machinery underneath: an environment that is hand-maintained, undocumented and frightening to change is the one that misses its dates, so the delivery path gets the same governance as the tickets that run on it.
Engagement models
Every model is fixed in scope and quoted up front. Assessments frequently become sprints; sprints frequently become retainers. None of that is assumed at the outset.
Fixed fee · 1–2 weeks
A focused review of your control environment, architecture, and delivery process. You receive a written assessment: what is fragile, what is fine, and a prioritized roadmap any competent engineer can execute — including us, if you want to keep going.
Fixed scope · 2–6 weeks
A defined outcome agreed up front — a migration, an automation layer, an audit-readiness push, a rebuilt deploy pipeline. Fixed price for fixed scope, so neither side has an incentive to pad the clock.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing governance, architecture, and operations support at a capped number of hours per month. For organizations that need a senior technical partner on call before they need another full-time hire.
